The consumer and / or user is responsible for the data provided to South Walker S.L. And therefore it is responsible for the veracity of the data provided on this website.

PRICES

The prices published in the online store South Walker S.L.  are in Euros. All prices carry the VAT included applicable on the day of the order, any change of VAT rate will be automatically applied to the prices of the products for sale in the online store South Walker S.L..

SHIPPING & RETURNS

Delivery Times


The delivery time varies from 2 to 3 working days depending on the day of the week that the purchase has been made, since deliveries are only made from Monday to Friday. All our items are sent by express courier.

Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders received outside those hours will be prepared the following business day. Shipments are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Costs

  1. The products purchased will be delivered to the address indicated in the order.

  3. On Saturdays, Sundays and holidays there will be no departure or delivery of orders.
  4. Delivery will be made on time under the responsibility of the carrier.

Claim of undelivered orders

Annulments

Return Policy

The consumer and / or user will have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product for the return of the same without the need to indicate the reason and without incurring any cost except for the costs related to shipping that will be assumed by the consumer and / or user.

The following exceptions are established (among others) in the exercise of the right of withdrawal and that are expressly included in the Law on consumers and users, which are:

The refund of the amount will be made through the same payment method with which the user made the purchase.


The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was received, that is, in perfect condition and of course it cannot be damaged, beaten or with fahecient tests of use that prevent the sale of the same product again. To make the shipment of the same must be done in an appropriate packaging that protects it during the journey.

The seller is liable for any lack of conformity that manifests itself within two years of delivery. The consumer and user must inform the seller of the lack of conformity within two months of becoming aware of it.
